体外冲击波碎石机制及技术的进展 被引量:18

摘要 体外冲击波碎石(extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy,ESWL)白20世纪80年代进入临床,现已走过30个年头,全球累计应用患者达数千万例,目前已成为。肾和输尿管结石有效的治疗手段之一。得益于当今科技的高速发展,碎石机厂商不断推陈出新,大量新型碎石机应用于临床,也相应的推动了冲击波碎石机制、操作技巧等方面的一些新的进展。
