摘要
本文对赢得值法的三个基本参数和四个评价指标的确定与关系进行分析,提出相应的处理措施,并结合某工程项目成本控制进行案例分析,为赢得值法在工程项目成本控制中的应用提供一定的参考。
This paper analyzes the determinations and relationships of earned value management＇s three basic parameters and four evaluations, then proposes appropriate measures, and analyzes the case combined with an engineering project＇s cost control, which provides some references for the application of earned value management in engineering projects＇ cost control.
