摘要
从优良种源、优良杂交组合、优良家系中选择优良单株,共选出遗传型优良材料164株,其中109株亲本一般配合力优良者,作为第二代种子园的繁殖材料,平均遗传增益达55.1%,其余55株单株表现优异者选用为高级采穗圃的繁殖材料,平均遗传增益达70.2%。第一层次选择的结果表明:在三种不同的育种材料中,种源选择的增益(16.44%)>家系选择的增益(13.48%)>杂交组合的增益(10.64%)。材积的遗传变异系数明显小于树高和胸径,可作为决定性状进行选择,较稳定可靠。
Based on their combined genetic gain, 164 bast individual trees in Cunninghamia lanceolata ( Lamb. ) Hook, were chosen from the superior provenances, the superior full sib families and half sib families . 109 trees of their parents with high general combined ability (G. C. A.)were selected for the second generation seed orchard and another 55 trees whose parents were middle G. C.A.but individual tree were superior, were selected for advanced nursery of scion. The result of the combined seletion were showed that the genetic gain among the provenances selection(16.44%)>that among the half sib families(13.48%)>that among the full sib families(10.64%).The genetic variation coefficient of the volume<that of the height<that of the breast height diameter. Therefore, the volume could be used as a determine character for the selection.
