双钢板矫形治疗成骨不全股骨畸形内固定失败1例 被引量：4

摘要 成骨不全（osteogenesisimperfecta，OI）是一种具有骨质脆弱易致多发性骨折和骨弯曲畸形、蓝色巩膜和耳聋特征的遗传性疾病，多数为编码I型胶原的基因突变所致常染色体显性遗传，又称为遗传性脆骨三联症。临床症状表现主要包括易骨折、蓝巩膜、牙本质发育不全、听力丧失和脊柱侧弯等，其个体发病率约为1／10000。临床多见患者反复骨折并畸形愈合，严重影响患者的生活。
