摘要
对SCR艺制得的2A11(LY11)半固态坯料的重熔组织与成形性能进行了研究。实验证明,SCR工艺2A11半固态坯料在 530~570℃重熔温度范围内,合金组织优良,可进行半固态加工。SCR工艺 2A11半固态坯料半固态加工存在合理变形范围,进行半固态加工最大容许的变形范围为64%~72%。
Microsturctures and formation property of semi-solid 2A11 slab manufactured by SCR process are studied. It shows that under a certain remelting temperature scpoe from 530℃ to 570 ℃: formation property of alloy is fine, 2A11 can be formed in the semi-solid state. Semi-solid formation should be carried out within the proper deformation rate. The maximum deformation rate is 64% to 72%.
