摘要
对分布式光伏低压并网的安全进行了分析,明确了安全防护所应遵循的原则,从逆变器、并网开关和低压母线三个层面提出了确保电网公司和用户安全的三道技术防线,并通过具体装置指标参数的配置,实现了与电力系统安全保护的相互配合,构建起完整的安全防护体系,该安全防护体系已明确纳入国家电网公司分布式光伏安全防护技术规范要求,相关装置已在浙江等地挂网运行,取得了良好的实用效果。
This paper analyzes the safety of distributed PV power access to low-voltage grid, and defines the principles of safety protection. In order to ensure the safety of power user and power grid company, three defense lines are pres-ented, including grid-connected inverter, switch and the low-voltage busbar. Then specific device parameters configu-ration is employed to achieve the mutual cooperation in power system safety protection, and establish a complete secu-rity protection system. This safety protection system has been explicitly included in the Technical Requirements Speci-fication for distributed PV safety protection issued by China State Grid Corp. The related device has been put into op-eration in Zhejiang province, and proved practical and effective.
