摘要
结合过冷奥氏体形变的真应力 真应变变化特征和显微组织观察 ,对Q2 35钢冷奥氏体的形变过程进行了深入分析 ,讨论了不同阶段的形变特点 ,并初步讨论了形变强化铁素体相变和铁素体动态再结晶在获得均匀、超细。
The deformation characterization of undercooled austenite of Q235 steel has been discussed by the analysis of ture stress\|ture strain curves and optical observation of the microstructure.The effect of deformation enhanced austenite to ferrite transformation and dynamic recrystallization of ferrite on obtaining the homogeneous,ultrafine and equiaxed ferrite has also been presented.
