摘要
目的根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》对益智酒饮用安全性进行评价。方法采用小鼠急性经口毒性实验,检测益智酒小鼠经口最大耐受剂量(MTD),判断益智酒的毒性。结果益智酒小鼠经口最大耐受剂量(MTD)大于20.0g/kg体质量,属无毒级;试验期间实验小鼠生长良好,活动正常,毛色光泽度好。解剖检查,各脏器未见异常,未显示明显毒性作用。结论益智酒无毒性,可以安全饮用。
Objective The edible safety of Yizhi Wine was investigated according to the Standard of Health Food Test and Asses. Methods The oral MTD in mice was test by acute toxicity test in mice to determine the safety of Yizhi Wine. Results The oral MTD in mice was over 20.0 g/kg, which suggested no acute toxicity. During the test of experimental, the outer appearance and be- haviors of mouse was normal. Significant pathological changes of inherent organs were not discovered by anatomical examination. Conclusion All results suggested that Yizhi Wine has no acute toxicity and high in edible safety.
