摘要
优化教务管理工作,提高教务管理水平,既是落实教育教学改革的基础,也是高职院校在适应社会发展方面的必然要求。针对高职院校教务管理工作的现状,应建设综合素质高的教务管理队伍、完善教务管理沟通机制、创新教务管理手段及建立激励机制。
Optimizing Teaching-Mfair Management and improving the level of academic administration not only set the foundation for bringing in education reforms, but also the inevitable requirement of social development in higher vocational colleges. Based on the present situation of the lack of Teaching-Affair Management in higher vocational colleges, this paper put forward the optimization method of Teaching-Affair Management in higher vocational colleges, and hoped that it can provide some reference value on development and reform of Teaching-Affair Management.
