摘要
目前煤炭企业仍习惯于聚焦于统计技术领域来进行考察,这种基于数学方法的抽象演绎忽视了企业统计工作的最终目的,进而无法与企业经营实际需要相契合。因此,作为煤炭企业可围绕着成本控制这一具体经济活动来进行探讨。在策略构建上应围绕着:正确规定统计数据质量标准;合理设计统计指标体系及其计算方法,以及资料整理鉴别阶段的质量控制等三个方面展开。
