摘要
研究了藏药大三果药剂三果汤含片及配伍三种成分毛诃子、诃子、余甘子清除超氧阴离子自由基(·O-2)、羟基自由基(·OH)的能力。结果表明,三者清除·O-2能力大小依次为:毛诃子>余甘子>诃子,清除·OH能力大小依次为:毛诃子>诃子>余甘子。此外,分析毛诃子、诃子、余甘子及三果汤含片中活性成分没食子酸的含量发现,三果汤含片的抗氧化性能主要与三种配伍成分中没食子酸的含量有一定关系。
The scavenging capacity for · O2- and · OH were studied of Tibetan medicine Da San Guo(San Guo soup tablets) and of its three compatibility components Fructus terminaliae billericae ,Fructus chebulae, Phyllanthus emblica L.. The results showed that the the scavenging capacity followed the order of Fructus ter- minaliae billericae〉Phyllanthus ernblica L. 〉Fructus chebulae as · O2- was concerned and the the scavenging capacity followed the order of Fructus terminaliae billericae〉Fructus chebulae〉Phyllanthus ernblica L. as far as · OH was concerned. The gallic acid content of Da San Guo soup tablets and its three components were also determined,and the results suggested that the antioxidant activity of Da San Guo soup tablets might be related to the the gallic acid content of its three kinds of compatibility.
