摘要
为了控制混凝土浇筑仓最高温度,提出了温度双控指标,即选取混凝土浇筑仓达到最高温度前的典型龄期,拟定该龄期下容许温度和容许温度变化率。假设该龄期下的实测温度和实测温度变化率为随机变量,且满足正态分布,采用小概率法,结合西南某建设中的混凝土特高拱坝高温季节浇筑仓实测温度,拟定了混凝土浇筑仓温度双控指标。实践表明,温度双控指标可以取到动态预警作用,可以使工程单位对最高温度的控制具有针对性和可操作性。
In order to control the maximum temperature of concrete placing area, the temperature double-control index is put for- ward herein, i.e. the typical age of the concrete placing area before reaching its the maximum temperature is selected for determi- ning both the allowable temperature and the allowable temperature variation rate under that age of the concrete. Under the as- sumption that the measured temperature and the measured temperature variation rate are random variables and are normally dis- tributed, the double-control index of the concrete placing area is determined with the low probability method in combination with the measured temperature of the concrete placing area during the high temperature season of a super-high arch dam under con- struction in the South-west China. The practice shows that the double-control index of temperature can play a role of early warning for pertinently and controllably controlling the maximum temperature concerned.
