摘要
企业信息化是企业管理技术、方式、手段乃至企业经营理念的一次革命。利用庞大的全球化信息网络进行数字化管理 ,提高了企业的决策效率 ;个性化软件管理模式的应用 ,从实质上推动了组织内部的分权 ,提高了企业的经营能力 ;更重要的是这种新的管理革命大大推动了企业内部和整个社会供应链过程的一体化步伐 。
The information system of the enterprise is a revolution of the enterprise management technology, means, and the idealism of the enterprise management. The numerical management, which uses the complicated world-wide information network, improves the officiency of the decision-making network, improves the officiency of the decision-making system; the application of the individual software management model speeds up the reform of the inner-institution and improves the core ability of the enterprise; more importantly, the revolution of the new managment speed up the step of the combination and consistence of the inner-enterprise and the society's supplying chain, as a result, the obvious adjustment and the reform of the enterprise circle appeats.
