摘要
资产管理公司的成立 ,是国有企业及国有银行改革的重大突破 ,但在其运作过程中不可避免地遇到了一些问题 ,本文从拓宽资产管理公司的经营方式 ,解决资产管理公司运行中的法律障碍 ,发展资产管理公司运行中可依赖的中介机构等方面入手 ,提出了使资产管理公司规范运作的一些措施。
The establishment of Assets Management Corporation(AMC) makes a breakthrough of the state-owned enterprises and bank reform. But there are some inevitable problems in the process of its operation. The essay puts forward some measures to make the operation normal, such as extending AMC's operation mode, solving law obstruction in the process of its operation and developing intermediary organization etc.
