摘要
焊接管节点的疲劳寿命主要由焊趾处热点应力幅大小确定,热点应力幅通常通过节点焊接部位的应力集中系数来计算。管节点应力集中系数大小通常认为由载荷类型以及节点几何参数确定。通过对承受轴力作用的T节点的有限元分析,研究了主管端部应力大小对T节点焊缝周围应力分布的影响,进而得到了主管应力对T节点应力集中系数大小的影响。通过有限元分析发现:主管应力大小会明显改变主管焊趾处应力状况,包括应力分布形式以及应力集中系数大小;但是主管应力对支管焊趾处应力分布以及应力集中系数大小基本无影响。
Fatigue life of a welded tubular joint is mainly determined by the stress range of hot spot at the weld toe The stress range of hot spot is generally calculated with stress concentration factor at the weld of the joints. It is generally thought that stress concentration factor of a tubular joint is determined by both of loading type and geometrical parameters. Through finite element analysis of tubular T-joints subjected to axial load, effect of chord stress on stress distribution along the weld of T-j oints is studied, and effect of chord stress on stress concentration factor is then investigated. It is found from finite element analysis that chord stress has a remarkable influence on stress situation at the weld toe of the chord, including stress distribution formation and stress concentration factor value. However, it has almost no effect on the brace.
