摘要
目的探讨复方利多卡因乳膏局部浅表麻醉对超脉冲CO2激光祛除面部色素痣患者疼痛的影响。方法选取120例面部色素痣患者,随机分为复方利多卡因乳膏试验组与对照组,每组60例。以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)观察复方利多卡因浅表麻醉后超脉冲CO2激光治疗过程患者的疼痛程度,并作出比较分析。结果使用复方利多卡因乳膏试验组患者VAS评分为(3.800±0.917)分,明显低于对照组患者的疼痛评分(7.317±0.892)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方利多卡因乳膏术前局部浅表麻醉可明显减轻超脉冲CO2激光祛除色素痣时的疼痛感,该方法安全可靠,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of compound lidocaine cream local superficial anesthesia on the pain of patients with pigmen- ted nevus caused by ultrapulse CO2 laser. Methods Patients （120 cases） with facial pigmented nevus were randomly divided into treatment group with compound lidocaine cream and control group. 60 cases were included in each group. With a visual analog scale （VAS） observation, the different pain degree of treatment group with compound lidocaine superficial anesthesia and the control group were evaluated. Results The VAS score of treatment group （3. 800 ± 0. 917 ） were significant lower than that of the control group （7.317 ± 0. 892）. Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream anesthesia can obviously reduce the pain caused by the ultrapulse CO2 laser, which is a very safe way to eliminate the facial pig- mented nevus and worth to aDrJlv.
