摘要
为支持全球竞争战略 ,跨国公司的组织结构正在由传统的价值链连接形式演变为“全球网络公司” ,形成纵横交错的网络组织 ,以组织创新来提升企业竞争力。本文认为我国企业应该充分利用后发优势 ,注重提高组织学习能力 ,积极与国内外企业建立网络组织 。
To support its global competing strategy,TNC’s organizational structure is evolving global network company through forming a crisscross network from its traditional linkage of value chain.The organization creation will enhance TNC's competitiveness.To win the compete advantage for our enterprises,the paper proposes that they should construct their own network with others and improve the learning capability.
