摘要
企业指导教师在学生顶岗实习指导中发挥重要作用,针对企业指导教师队伍存在的问题,从重视程度、出台政策、资质认定、明确职责、落实待遇、强化管理、继续教育及监督指导等方面,提出一系列的建议与措施,以加强企业指导教师队伍建设,促进职业教育的发展。
Enterprise tutors have played an important role in guiding the students＇ post practice. Aiming at the existing problems of enterprise part - time tutors, such as the degree of attention, the issue of policy, the verification of qualification, clearly - defined responsibihties, implementation of the treatment, the strength of the management, continuing education, supervising guidance and so on. According to these problems, I put forwm＇d some suggestions and measures, in order to strengthen the construction of enterprise tutors, and promote the development of vocational education.
