摘要
本文通过对新疆公路监理人力资源现状及监理专业人才培养现状的分析,探讨如何以市场需求为导向,构建"工学交替、德学同步、技能递进"的人才培养模式,并进行改革实践研究,探讨培养适合区域经济与市场需要的公路监理人才的有效途径。
Abslract： This article through to xinjiang uygur autonomous region of the development of highway traffic condition, and demand for highway management talents and professional analysis of the characteristics of the jobs, build the ＂ engi- neering alternation, german study synchronization, skills, progressive＂ mode of talent training, research and reform prac- tice, cultivate suitable for regional economic and market need of highway supervision personnel effective way.
