摘要
我国既有建筑相对于新建建筑而言,量大面广,能耗偏高,难以达到节能标准。对既有建筑的节能改造是今后我国建筑节能工作的重点,而建筑的内部空间又是既有建筑改造的重要部分。本文从建筑内部空间设计的角度出发,以室内环境的舒适性和节约建筑耗能为最终目的,在合理的成本目标下,针对存在的问题,从空间的平面布局、自然通风、水景绿化三个方面,探讨既有公共建筑内部空间改造的被动式节能方法,为设计师在建筑改造过程中提供参考和借鉴。
Compared to the new building, the existing buildings in China are large volume, wide area and high energy consumption. It is difficult to meet the energy efficiency standards. To transform existing energy-efficient construction is the focus of the work of our energy building in future, and the construction of the internal space is an important part of building renovation. This article is from the point that design of building's interior space, to the comfort of the indoor environment and save the energy consumption of buildings as the final purpose, at the target of cost reasonable, in view of the existing problems. From the three aspects of plane layout, space natural ventilation and waterscape green, the paper investigates the passive energy saving method of the transformation of the existing public building internal space, and provides the basis for designers in the process of building's transformation.
