摘要
通过连续1 a的N添加(0(对照)、低N、中N、高N)人工受控试验,探讨了N供给改变对华润楠苗木叶片C、N、P化学计量特征的影响.结果表明:不同程度的N添加处理后,华润楠苗木叶片C、N、P含量分别为45.200%~45.568%、1.705%~1.835%和0.072%~0.086%;茎C、N、P含量分别为44.387%~44.582%、0.943%~1.001%和0.054%~0.071%;根C、N、P含量分别为37.232%~37.634%、0.942%~0.995%和0.062%~0.083%,N添加后叶片、茎、根中C、N、P含量均显著高于对照.叶片C∶N、C∶P、N∶P的范围分别为26.870~28.465、534.528~665.874和23.750~27.145;茎C∶N、C∶P、N∶P的范围分别为48.854~50.378、674.739~946.525和15.136~25.281;根C∶N、C∶P、N∶P的范围分别为38.503~40.096,483.905~750.579和12.419~21.042,N添加后叶片、茎、根C∶N、C∶P、N∶P均显著低于对照.在N添加的1 a时间里华润楠苗木养分含量随时间的变化表现出一定波动性.
A field experiment was carried out on response of Machilus chinensis to nitrogen addition and its ecological stoichiometry characteristics. The experiment with nitrogen addition at 4 levels lasted for a year. Results showed that,C, N and P contents of leaves were 45. 200%-45. 568 %, 1. 705%- 1. 835% and 0. 072% - 0. 086%, which of branches were 44. 38791%-44. 582%,0. 943%- 1. 001% and 0. 054% - 0. 071%,and which of roots were 37. 232%-37. 634% 0. 942%-0. 995% and 0. 062%-0. 083%. The contents of C, N and P increased significantly with N addition. The C: N, C: P and N. P of leaves were 26. 870-28. 465,534. 528-665. 874 and 23. 750-27. 145, which of branches were 48. 854- 50. 378, 674. 739-946. 525 and 15. 136-25. 281,which of roots were 38. 503-40. 096,483. 905-750. 579 and 12. 419-21. 042. The values decreased significantly with N addition.
