摘要
中国共产党人对“私”利用经历了“肯定———否定———再肯定”的反复过程。十一届三中全会以来我们党确认私营经济是社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的重要组成部分 ,正是反思和吸取前两个阶段正反两方面经验教训的结果。三个阶段的演变 ,反映了中国共产党随社会主义建设实践的发展 ,对经济文化落后的国家如何建设社会主义这一问题有了深刻的认识和理解。
The Chinese Communisfs have pracficed a repeated Positive-Negative-Positive prozess in their utilizing the privafe capital. Since the 3rd complete Mecfing of the 11th Nafional party congress,the private economy has been recognized an important part of the basic economic system during the primary socialism. It was after counfer,thinking and taking the experiemesand lessons from the previous two stages that the common knowleage was got at last.The three developing stages of knowledge reflect that as the socialist construcfion develops,our party has got a far reaching realization and comprehension of how to construct socialism in the counfry whose economy and society are relatively less developed.
