摘要
加入WTO对广西农产品贸易的积极影响是 :有利于完善市场机制 ;有利于改善农产品贸易环境 ;有利于出口贸易 ;有利于优化农业结构 ;有利于农业增长方式转变。消极影响是 :初期会加剧市场波动 ;短期内出口减少增加国家负担 ;运用农业保护政策的空间缩小。对策是 :合理设计农业支持保护结构 ;调整农产品进口政策 ;加大“绿箱”政策使用力度 ;建立风险防范机制 ;发展创汇农业。
Entering WTO produces active influences on the trade of agrcultural products in Guangxi:help perfect market system;help improve the trade environment of agricultural products;be advantageous to export trade;perfect the agriculture structure;contribute to the increase in agriculture.There are also passive influences:intensify market fluctuation at the beginning;decrease the export in a short time and increase the country's burdon;narrow the range of using the agricultural policy of protection.The countermeasures are design a proper organization to protect and support agriculture;adjust the policy of importing agricultural products;enlarge the range of using the“green-box”policy,build a system to be on guard;develop the agriculture to produce exchange.
