摘要
针对工程上齿轮箱实时监测和故障诊断的需要,对JZQ250型齿轮箱展开研究,提出了基于EMD-HT变换的信号处理方法的JZQ250型齿轮箱故障特征提取技术研究的方法。利用EMD-HT变换非常适合于非线性和非平稳过程,可以有效地提取齿轮故障特征信息优点,针对实测的齿轮箱振动信号进行处理,利用获取的瞬时频率和Hilbert边际谱作为故障特征对齿轮箱进行故障诊断。试验结果表明,基于Hilbert-Huang变换的边际谱,可获得齿轮箱故障信号的频率特征,从而能够有效的识别齿轮箱故障类型。可以实现早期故障预报,在齿轮箱故障诊断领域具有很好的应用前景。
The signal processing based on Hilbert-Huang transform is very suitable for nonlinear and non-stationary process; it can extract gear fault features effectively.In this paper we aim at the engineering need of gearbox real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis,expanding a study of JZQ250 gearbox.We used Hilbert-Huang transform to measure gear vibration signal processing,and took the obtained instantaneous frequency Hilbert marginal spectrum as the fault features for the gearbox fault diagnosis.Tests show that,from the marginal spectrum based on HilbertHuang transform,the characteristics of fault signal frequency of the gearbox were obtained to identify the type of gearbox fault effectively and describe the corresponding fault type better.Owing to its achievable early fault prediction,the research may predictably undertake a good prospect in the field of gearbox fault diagnosis.
