摘要
本文提出了用肖特基低势垒二极管检波器检测功率的六端口测量系统整体校准的新方法。根据六端口相对功率理论即对某一负载各端口相对功率比值不随输入功率变化 ,由最小二乘法得到检波器的特征参数 ,结合四标准法 ,确定六端口网络的系统常数。与拟合校准方法的比较证实了该方法的有效性。测量结果表明 ,该测试系统达到了与采用热敏电阻进行功率检测的测量系统相当的测量精度。
In this paper ,a new method of complete calibration of six port measurement system is presented which uses the low barrier Schottky diode detectors for power detection.Based on the six port relative power theory that for a given load the relative power ratios of different ports are left unchanged with the input power to the six port varied,characteristic parameters of detectors can be obtained through the least square method.The comparison between this method and fitting method demonstrates its practicability.Experimental results show that this system can rival the system using thermistors for power detection in the measurement accuracy.
