液化气球罐整体热处理状态的有限元热应力分析 被引量:10

摘要 本文运用有限元的方法 ,对液化气球罐整体热处理过程进行了分析 ,得到球罐结构和温度突变处的热应力和变形情况 ,并运用JB4732— 95《钢制压力容器—分析设计标准》对最大应力点进行了应力强度校核 ,结果表明球罐在整体热处理过程中是安全的。 In the present paper,thermal stress analysis has been performed on a spherical tank for storing liquefied petroleum gas during its heat treatment.A powerful tool of finite element analysis ANSYS 5 4 was employed to evaluate deformations and stresses at different locations of the tank especially in the critical zones of geometry or temperature changes.Based on the stress components at the maximum stress points in the critical zones stress intensities needed for strength evaluation are obtained.The safety of the tank in the heat treatment was thus proved by strength evaluation in accordance with Steel Pressure Vessels-Design by Analysis.
