摘要
正义是人类永恒追求的最高价值。正义并不神圣,它是伴随着矛盾的出现与消解的发展过程,是非对抗性社会矛盾发展的稳定状态。在辩证唯物主义视野中,正义是抽象与具体、主观与客观、相对与绝对、普遍与特殊、变与不变、历时与共时的辩证统一,是从低级向高级、理想状态到更加理想状态的螺旋式发展,这也是正义的基本特性。
Justice is the highest value of which people pursuit . It is not sacred and accompanied by the resolution process of the social contradictions. According to the principle of dialectical materialism , justice is the dialectical unity of abstract and con-crete, subjective and objective, relative and absolute, universal and particular, the changed and unchanged, diachronic and syn-3chronic, and this is the basic characteristics of justice.
