摘要
在西藏,宗教有其深厚的影响,正确对待和处理宗教问题是西藏现代化进程中必须予以高度重视的问题。西藏自治区人大要顺应历史发展要求,紧密结合西藏各民族具体实际,审时度势,尽快制定一部具有中国特色、西藏特点的《西藏宗教事务条例》,这不仅是保障公民宗教信仰自由的需要,而且是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要,同时还是实施依法治藏战略的需要。
As to its profound impact, great importance should be attached to religion and related issues in the process of Tibet's modernization. Tibet's People's Congress should formulate Regulations on Religious Affairs in Tibet. This not only guarantees citizen's religious belief, but also meets the needs of harmonious society and rule of law in Tibet.
