Co_2Z型铁氧体材料复介电常数的温度稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用普通陶瓷工艺制备了Co2Z型六角晶系材料,用网络分析仪测量了样品置于带线结构腔体中的S参数,并且计算出材料复介电常数的频散特性。研究了Co2Z型六角晶系铁氧体材料复介电常数ε*随温度变化的规律,从理论上对复介电常数ε*随温度变化特性进行了分析讨论。 Co2Z hexaferrite materials have been prepa red with ordinary ceramic techniques. The samples were put in the str ip line cavity, then the S parameter was measured with network an alyzer. Characterization of the frequency dispersion of materials was c alculated. The complex permittivity ε* of Co2Z hexaferrite mate rials was studied with the change of temperature and was theoretically analyzed and discussed.
