摘要
推导了空间凸轮数控加工中不同联动控制场合刀具实际进给速度和编程进给速度的关系,分别结合圆柱凸轮和弧面齿轮数控加工中的特点在编程中对进给速度进行修正,使刀具实际进给速度保持均匀,从而使凸轮加工质量明显提高。
The relationships between actual cutting feed SPeed and programming feed speed under different situations of axes simultaneous control are discussed theoretically.The rules of cutting feed rate change and adjusted methods in NC programming which used in cutting barrel earn and roller gear earn are checked respectively.With an even actual cutting feed speed, the size accuracy and surface roughness of cutting earn are improved obviously.
