肱骨近端骨折保守治疗 被引量：8

摘要 肱骨近端骨折好发于老年人,85%患者骨折没有或仅有轻微移位;即使损伤机制改变,仍有42%患者没有或仅有轻微移位。保守治疗能获得无痛或轻微疼痛、功能恢复良好的肩关节,3、4部分骨折也能获得骨折愈合,但发生畸形愈合等并发症概率很高;75岁以上老年患者也能有效缓解疼痛,尽管肩关节功能有些受损,但不影响患者生活质量。随着内固定技术和内置物的发展和改进,手术治疗指征有扩大趋势,但现有的比较研究表明,手术治疗在诸多方面与保守治疗相比并无优势,保守治疗仍有存在价值。良好的保守治疗需要适当的固定方法和持续时间,正确的锻炼时机和康复手段;需要骨科医师、患者、康复治疗师之间的合作和沟通。
