摘要:结合新疆公司炼钢厂装备及工艺条件,详细分析了一罐到底生产组织模式下影响钢铁料消耗的因素。提出优化生产组织模式,降低粘罐和脱硫铁损;优化入炉炉料结构,减少喷溅和渣中带铁,降低终渣TFe;加强连铸管理,提高单中包连浇炉数,优化定尺等降低钢铁料消耗的主要技术措施并应用于生产,取得了降低钢铁料消耗34.9kg/t的效果。
Combined with the equipment and process conditions of the steelmaking plant in Xinjiang Company, the factors influencing the consumption of iron and steel materials under " one-ladle through" production mode were analyzed in detail. A series of main techinal measures were put forward and applied into production to reduce the consumption of iron and steel materials : the iron loss caused for ladle adhe- sion and desulfurization was decreased by optimizing the production organization mode; the phenomena such as splashing and alloy in slag were reduced and the content of TFe in final slag was lower by optimi- zing the in-furnace burden structure; the continuoas casting heats of single tundish were enhanced and the sizing system was optimized by strengthening the continuous casting management. And the effect in de- creasing the consumption of iron and steel materials of 34. 9 kg/t was obtained.
