ABAQUS在梓木家具强度分析中的应用

摘要 测定了梓木的力学性能参数,在此基础上运用有限元软件ABAQUS对梓木材料直榫接合式座椅进行装配体有限元强度分析。结果表明:当对梓木座椅的座面和靠背参照规范分别施加1100N和410N的集中力,椅子靠背最大位移23.6mm,椅子前后腿连接横杆榫头出现最大应力为25.8MPa,结合梓木强度参数,得出该座椅的结构设计是合理的,但是榫卯接合处的应力较大,容易发生破坏。同时证明有限元法是一种有效的家具强度分析方法。此法效果直观,能够降低设计成本。 This paper stated the finite element strength analysis of straight tenon type Catalpa wood chair based on the tested Catalpa wood mechanical property parameters. The result shows that: the maximum chair backrest displacement is 23.6mm and the maximum stress of the cross bar tenon connected the chair legs is 25.8MPa when put the concentration press 1100N and 410N in accordance with correlative standard on the surface of the backrest. According to the Catalpa wood strength parameters, we conclude that the chair' s structure design is reasonable. But the mortise and tenon joint is easy to be damaged because of its large stress. At the same time, it proved that the finite element method is effective it could reduce the design cost. So it is an efficient furniture strength analysis method.
