摘要
随着先进的基于微电子控制技术的自动化生产流水线大量应用于现代工业,企业的生产效率不断提高;与此同时企业对电力系统的电能质量问题也越发关注。为了掌握谐波对企业造成的损失情况,携带电能质量分析仪——Fluke435对该企业的每个测量点进行了24小时连续不间断的测量;在实测数据的基础上,结合变压器谐波损耗的经典理论对谐波造成的直接损失和间接损失进行了经济性评估。对工业用户评估及计算电力系统谐波造成的经济损失有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
With a large number of advanced and automated production lines based on microelectronic control technology used in modern industry, production efficiency is continuously improved. At the same time, enterprises pay more attention to power quality than ever. In order to grasp enterprise's losses caused by harmonics, portable power quality analyzer FLUKE435 is used to carry out 24 hours uninterrupted monitoring at each point. On the basis of the measured data, direct and indirect economical losses caused by harmonics are evaluated through classical theory of transformers' harmonic losses. For industrial enterprises, this method has some guidance and reference value in evaluating and calculating economic losses caused by harmonics.
