摘要
目的 :颈椎敷贴药膏的药效研究。方法 :采用昆明小鼠醋酸扭体镇痛实验、热板法镇痛实验、活血化瘀实验及 SD大鼠抗炎实验。结论 :颈椎敷贴药能减轻化学刺激 ( H+)、物理刺激 (热 )所致的疼痛 ,具有良好的抗炎镇痛及活血化瘀作用 ,其疗效显著高于麝香虎骨膏对照组 ( P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5)。
Objective:To study the pharmacodynamics of self making ointment for cervical vertebrae disease.Methods:Using acetic acid to cause twisting in Kunming mice.Doing pain easing test through hot board in Kunming mice,diminishing inflammation test in SD rats and test of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in Kunming mice.Results:From these tests,we can conclude the ointment can diminish pain caused by chemical (H +) physical (heat) stimulation.It has good pain easing and infalmmation diminishing effect.At the same time,it can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Its curative effect is better than Shexianghugu ointment (P<0.01 or P<0.05).
