摘要
目的 :探讨有效修补肝外胆管缺损的简易方法。方法 :1996 - 0 9～ 1999- 12 ,采用带蒂胆囊瓣修补肝外胆管缺损 14例 ,术后带T型管 3～ 6个月。结果 :所有病例均治愈 ,效果良好 ,无并发症。经T管造影顺利拔管。结论 :带蒂胆囊瓣是修补肝外胆管缺损的良好方法。
Objective:[WT5BZ]To study a simple and effective method to repair extrahepatic biliary duct defect.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Since Sept.1996 to Dec.1999,14 patients with extrahepatic biliary duct defect were treated by pedicle gallbladder flap.T-tube wes used for three to six months post-operation.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]All patients got well again,there was not any complication.T-tube was extracted after contrast examination.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]It might be a good method to repair extrahepatic biliary duct defect with pedicle gallbladder flap. [WT5HZ]
