浅谈——与氧化锆陶瓷修复体粘接强度相关的表面处理技术 被引量:6

摘要 随着全瓷材料力学性能及美学性能的改进,全瓷修复体已逐渐成为美学修复甚至是牙列缺损功能性修复的首选。牙科氧化锆全瓷材料具有良好的力学性能、美学性能及生物相容性,已逐渐替代金属成为冠修复体的首选基底材料。然而,氧化锆属于生物惰性陶瓷类材料,氧化锆修复体在临床上难以获得理想持久的粘接力,粘接失效已成为影响其临床效果的主要因素之一。一项对30例氧化锆固定桥随访的临床研究中发现,1年内出现6例修复体的脱落。因此,如何增强氧化锆陶瓷的初期粘接强度和耐久粘接强度是目前一个亟待解决的难题。
