力丧失影响大鼠牙周组织前列腺素E_2表达变化的研究

摘要 为检测在牙合力正常及丧失状态下 ,大鼠牙周细胞中前列腺素 E2 (PGE2 )的动态表达 ,探讨 PGE2 在牙周组织改建过程中的分子机理。采用 HE染色和免疫组化的方法 ,观察牙周形态变化以及牙周组织中 PGE2 蛋白表达变化。结果显示 :牙合力丧失引起牙周膜结构紊乱、牙槽骨吸收 ,同时牙周细胞中 PGE2 表达较正常牙合力者明显增强。以上提示牙周组织结构与功能在改建中的一致性。 This study aimed to determine the expression of PGE 2 in the rat periodontal cells under normal and lost occlusal force, and explain the molecular mechanism of periodontium remodeling. HE staining and immunohistochemistry techniques were applied to exanine the change in the histologic morphology and the expression of PGE 2 protein. The results showed that under the lost occlusal force, periodontal ligament structure was disorganized and alveolar bone was absorbed; in the meantime, the expression level of PGE 2 increased apparently in periodontal cells. These findings indicate that lost occlusal force induces the expression of PGE 2 to increase apparently in periodontium, suggesting that the histologic morphology is closely related to the mechanical condition.
