具有克罗恩病家族史的淋巴瘤患者误诊1例 被引量：1

摘要 胃肠道淋巴瘤的临床表现缺乏特异性,其辅助检查结果不易与其他疾病区分,临床较易误诊.本例患者具有克罗恩病家族史,曾被误诊为克罗恩病,最终行B超下肠壁穿刺活检确诊为淋巴瘤.临床工作中对于疾病诊断应寻找更多的证据以明确诊断. Gastrointestinal lymphomas can be easily mis- diagnosed due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations and accessory examinations that can differentiate them from other diseases. Here we report a case of gastrointestinal lymphoma that was misdiagnosed as Crohn＇s disease in a patient with a family history of Crohn＇s disease. He was finally diagnosed with lymphoma by ultrasound-guided biopsy.
