疑似全身播散性卡介苗感染1例报告 被引量：3

摘要 卡介苗（BCG）是一种预防结核病的减毒活疫苗。其一般接种反应较常见，但腋下淋巴结脓肿的强反应少见；极少数情况下，卡介菌入血引发全身性播散，称为播散性卡介苗感染（disseminatedbacillusCalmette—Guerininfection，DBCGI），其发生率约0．06～1．56／100万，死亡率约60％[1]，现将经治1例报告如下。
