摘要
目的 :测定复方岩白菜素片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量 ,为该药提供质量控制方法。方法 :应用酸性染料比色法测定复方岩白菜素片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。结果 :马来酸氯苯那敏的平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD为 1.0 4% (n =6 )。结论 :方法简便 ,快速 ,准确 。
OBJECTIVE:To determine chlorpheniramine components in compound bergenin tablet and provide a method of quality control.METHODS:Acid dye colorimetry was used as a quantitative method.RESULTS:The average recovery and the RSD of chlorpheniramine were 100.1 %, 1.04 %( n =6).CONCLUSIONS:This method is simple and accurate. [
