摘要
通过分析无居民海岛自然环境特点和旅游娱乐类用岛的特点,建立基于资源—生态环境—社会发展框架的指标体系。采用专家咨询法和层次分析法确定指标权重,结合权重和指标分值,计算综合适宜性评价指数,并划定适宜开发、适度开发和禁止开发三个等级。以大连猪岛为例,实例验证旅游娱乐用岛适宜性评价方法,结果表明,猪岛为适度开发类型的旅游娱乐类用岛。
In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of both natural environment of uninhabited islands and island used for tourism and entertainment, the indicator system which is based on the framework of resources, ecological environment and social development is established. Using the method of both expert consultation and Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine index weight,the assessment index of comprehensive suitability is calculated by combined weight and indicator scores, and delineate the three levels of suitable for development, moderately developed and the prohibition of the development. The assessment method is verified by the Zhudao Island of Dalian and the results show that, Pig Island is a kind of tourism and entertainment island focused on moderately developed type.
