摘要
为了对无居民海岛实施有效管理,本文提出利用最小累积阻力模型进行海岛分区的方法。从源的选定、阻力层的筛选、阻力赋值、阈值的确定等几个方面为无居民海岛的保护与利用分区提供了较为完整的实施方法,并以蛤蜊岛为试验区,进行实例研究,并将蛤蜊岛分为保护区、保留区、优化开发利用区、适当开发利用区。结果表明,该方法只需要建立源点和阻力表面,避免了在众多评价指标的选择和权重确定上劳神费力,具有较强的可操作性。
The protection and exploitation of nonresidential islands need the correct planning guidance. Reasonable partition is to maintain the development balance of nonresidential islands protection and exploitation, but also the key to implement effective management. We propose the partition method by using the minimum cumulative resistance model. The source selection, resistance screening, resistance value assignment, threshold determination and so on several aspects provides more complete implementation method for nonresidential islands protection and exploitation partition. As the test region, with the case study, the Geli Island is divided into protect area, reserved area, optimize exploitation area and appropriate exploitation area. Results indicate that this method only needs to establish the source and resistance surface, avoid the screening evaluation factors and weight assignment to spend a lot of energy, have stronger maneuverability.
