摘要
得克隆(dechlorane plus,DP)是一种人工合成的氯代阻燃剂,具有顺、反两种异构体(syn-DP和anti-DP),被广泛添加于电线、电缆和电脑连接器、建材等塑料产品中而被美国EPA划为高产量化学物(high production volume,HPV)。由于其产品使用过程中或者废弃后很容易释放到环境中,已成为广泛存在的环境污染物。本研究以大连黄海海域潮间带为研究区域,测定了表层海水、底泥以及大型海藻中DP两种异构体的含量。结果显示,两种DP同分异构体在大连黄海海域潮间带的3种环境介质中均被检出,表层海水、底泥和大型海藻样品中DP的平均浓度分别为(1.54±0.73)ng/L、(0.87±0.18)×10-9干重(dw)和(4.84±1.25)×10-9湿重(ww),f syn值(syn-DP所占比例)分别为0.34±0.06、0.51±0.03和0.18±0.01。表明不同环境介质对两种异构体存在不同的代谢和富集形式。表层海水与底泥中DP的含量线性相关(R=0.849,P=0.032<0.05)。大型海藻可富集海水及底泥中的DP(BCF=21 200±12 300,BSAF=5.93±1.46),其中anti-DP更易富集,具体原因尚待研究。
Dechlorane plus (DP) is a high production volume (HPV), chlorinated flame retardant which was added in electrical hard plastic connectors in televisions and computer monitors,wire coatings and furniture. It consists of the syn and anti isomers,which are present in the technical product in a ratio of about 1:3 (The values offsyn which indicates the radio of two isomers is about 0.41 in Chinese production). Because it releases into the environment easily when using or discarding its products, DP has become a wide- spread emerging pollutant. In this study, surface seawater, sediment and macroalgae were sampled from 6 sites in intertidal zone of Yellow Sea, Dalian, China. Both of syn and anti isomers of DP were measured. The results showed that both isomers were detected from all samples in intertidal zone of Dalian. The average concentrations of DP in surface seawater, sediment and macroalgae were ( 1.54 ±0.73 ) ng/L, (0.87 ± 0.18 ) × 10^-9 dry weight (dw) , (4.84 ±1.25) × 10^-9 wet weight (ww) ,respectively. Significant linear correlation were observed between the DP concentrations of surface seawater and sediment ( R = 0. 849, P = 0. 032 〈 0.05 ). The values of fsyn in surface seawater, sediment and macroalgae were 0.34 ± 0.06,0.51 ±0. 03 and 0.18 ± 0.01, respectively. The macroalgae accumulated DP from both of seawater and sediment (BCF =21 200 ± 12 300 and BSAF =5.93 ± 1.46). And the anti isomer is preferential enrichment in macroalgae.
