摘要
目的 :评价不同珊瑚的生物学性能。方法 :将致密澄黄滨珊瑚、疏松澄黄演珊瑚、普哥滨珊瑚、鸡冠蔷薇珊瑚四种珊瑚分别植入大鼠标准颅骨缺损区 ,分别于 4周、8和 12周时行大体观察、X线检查、及组织学检查。结果 :珊瑚的生物性能与其形态结构密切相关 ,致密澄黄滨珊瑚具有吸收慢、生物相容性好的优点 ,明显优于其他几种珊瑚。结论 :致密澄黄滨珊瑚有可能成为临床修复骨缺损的有效材料。
Objective:This study was attempted to evaluate several coral biologic ability.Methods:Loose Porites lutea, compact Porites lutea, Porites pukonsis and Montipora sp. Cf. M implanted mice cranial critical size defects, The animals were sacrificed at 4,8,12 weeks respectively after operation and biologic ability was evaluated by histomorphometry, radiography and histology.Results:The degradate rate of compact Porites lutea was lower than other kinds of coral, and compact Porites lutea had good biocompatibility. Conclusion:compact Porites lutea will be a hopeful bone substitute to be used in repairing bone defect.
