摘要
膜裂切割法制备聚四氟乙烯长纤维,再经过加捻、整经和织造等工艺制备高性能聚四氟乙烯纤维网布。检测结果表面:聚四氟乙烯纤维网布具有良好的力学性能,并且具有优异的耐酸耐碱和耐水解性能。聚四氟乙烯长纤维经过进一步深加工之后,在氯碱工程中的离子交换膜和高温除尘用覆膜滤料等方面具有较广泛的应用。
Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) fiber were fabricated from PTFE resin by a series of mechanical opera- tions such as material mixing, curing, pre-forming, rolling, biaxial stretching, spliting and cutting. PTFE scrim was fabrica- ted though the following process such as twisting,warping and spinning weaving. The results showed that The PTFE fiber scrim had good mechanical properties,and had excellent acid/alkali/hydrolysis resistance. After further processing, Teflon long fibers had wider application in ion-exchange membrane and membrane filter media for cleaning high temperature dust in the chlor-alkali project,and other aspects.
