摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以柠檬酸,苹果酸,酒石酸3种天然有机酸为螯合剂制备了锂离子电池正极材料尖晶石锰酸锂,分别用X射线衍射仪,电子扫描电镜对产物的结构和微观形貌进行了表征,并对其电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明,以苹果酸为螯合剂制备的LiMn2O4的综合性能优于其他有机酸。另外,还研究了以苹果酸为螯合剂制备了Co掺杂的LiCo0.1Mn1.9O4粉体材料,结果表明掺Co后材料的循环性能较纯的LiMn2O4有很大程度的改善。
Spinel LiMn2 O4, as a anode material for lithium-ionic battery, was prepared by sol-gel method using citric acid,malic acid and tartaric acid as the natural chelating agent. The structural and morphological properties of the sample were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The electrochemical proper- ties of the sample were also investigated with charge and discharge test. The results showed that product prepared by malic acid as the chelating agent had a better comprehensive perfomlance than others. Moreover,malic acid has been used as the chelating agent to synthesize the LiCo0.1 Mn1. 9O4 powder material doped with Co-ion. The results indicated that the cycle performance has been improved considerably by doping cobalt element.
