呼出气一氧化氮检测在尘肺病患者中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)检测在尘肺病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2012年10~12月经高千伏胸片确诊的109例尘肺病患者,其中矽肺52例,煤工尘肺57例,先后予以FeNO检查、肺功能检查。结果109例尘肺病患者中97%的患者测得的FeNO值在5~35ppb范围内,81%的尘肺病患者FeNO测量值分布范围在5~25ppb之间。矽肺组FeNO测量值显著高于煤工尘肺组,FeNO识别为矽肺的最佳FeNO值为20.7ppb,约登指数的最大值为0.304,此时的灵敏度为46.2%,特异度为84.2%。煤工尘肺及矽肺患者肺功能损伤程度与FeNO测量值之间没有差异。结论将FcNO检查应用于尘肺病的研究价值有待进一步研究发现。
