摘要
加快水电资源的开发利用是缓解能源压力、解决能源供求矛盾、改善能源消费结构、保护生态环境、促进社会经济可持续发展的必然选择和现实途径.我国先后确立一系列加快水电资源开发利用的战略和规划,特别是西电东送、西部大开发战略的实施,给水电资源富集的西部民族地区带来了千载难逢的发展机遇,水电资源开发利用势必将发展成为西部民族地区最具优势的支柱产业,极大地拉动民族区域经济发展.
Speed up the hydroelectric development is the inevitable choice to alleviate energy pressure, solve the energy problem, improve the energy consumption structure and promote the sustainable development of society and economy. Central government has implemented some effective measures to accelerate the hydroelectric development, especially the implementation of west-east electricity transmission project and develop-the west strategy providing ethnic minority areas of plentiful hydroelectric resources golden development opportunity. The hydroelectric resources exploitation will become the pillar industry and benefit the development of these areas greatly.
