摘要
体育公共服务与公共伦理有着共同的价值基础,即公共利益。公共伦理是体育公共服务实现的保障机制。体育公共服务建设过程中的公共伦理缺失,带来了体育公共管理主体行政责任的缺失、体育公共财政管理不当、体育公共决策失误以及社会成员缺乏公德心等问题。这些问题的存在不同程度上损害了体育公共利益,影响了我国体育公共服务的发展。因此,以公共伦理为视角分析我国体育公共服务发展过程存在的问题,具有很强的现实意义。
Sports public services and public ethics share a common value, namely, the public interests. Public ethics is the guarantee mechanism in the realization of public sports services. The lack of public ethics in the process of the construction of sports public service in turn leads to public managers of sport lacking administrative responsibility, inappropriate management of sports and so on. These problems damage public finance, public decision- to different extents sports public making errors in sports, lack of public morality interest, and affect the development of China＇s sports public services. It can be concluded, therefore, that from the point of view of public ethics, analysis of problems in the development of sports public services in China has great significance.
